What this site collects

The Business Growth Audit securely submits the information you provide to DataMagnetix and stores it in a private website database so the inquiry can be reviewed and answered. Submitted lead information is not published.

Information you send

When you submit an audit request, make a payment, or email DataMagnetix, we receive the information you include, such as your name, contact details, business information, website, interests, and message. We use it to respond to your inquiry, provide the purchased service, understand requested services, prepare a proposal, and maintain ordinary business records.

Payments

Fixed-price online payments are processed through Stripe-hosted payment pages. DataMagnetix’s website does not collect or store your full card number. Stripe receives the information needed to process the payment and may handle payment, fraud, tax, and receipt functions under its own policies.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be handled by the email, hosting, payment, communications, or other providers needed to operate the website and respond to you. DataMagnetix does not claim that third-party platforms are under its control.

Marketing

Providing a phone number does not by itself enroll you in promotional text messages. Marketing SMS is not offered through this website at this time.

Your choices

You may ask DataMagnetix to correct or delete information you previously sent, subject to legitimate business, contractual, security, and legal recordkeeping needs.
