Online payments

Fixed-price services may be started through a secure Stripe-hosted payment page. Custom and variable-scope services begin with a written proposal or invoice. The applicable agreement confirms the final scope, deliverables, schedule, fees, recurring charges, cancellation terms, refund eligibility, and approved third-party costs.

Before purchase

Your written scope should identify the service fee, payment schedule, recurring charges, cancellation terms, refund eligibility, and approved third-party costs that apply to that service.

Third-party costs

Advertising spend, AI and phone usage, SMS usage, premium software, domains, hosting, and other approved platform costs are separate unless the written scope specifically includes them.
